Madame Web is a comic-book film directed by S. J. Clarkson, set in the same Sony universe as the Venom films. Dakota Johnson plays Cassandra Webb, a New York paramedic who starts to see the future. Sweeney plays Julia Cornwall, one of three teenagers whom Cassandra has to protect, together with the characters of Isabela Merced and Celeste O'Connor.

The film was released in February 2024 and was poorly received by critics and audiences. Sweeney has spoken about it with good humour, and joked about it when she hosted Saturday Night Live a few weeks later. She has also said that the film gave her a working relationship with the studio that made Anyone But You.
