Sydney Sweeney meets fans at the Christy screening in London

Framed by a blur of raised phones and outstretched arms, she stands at the barrier in a pale pink dress with a delicate, feathery neckline, her long hair falling loose over one shoulder. One hand lifts toward her chin in a gesture caught mid-thought, the other opens slightly, as if answering a question shouted from a few rows back. This photograph was taken on 17 October 2025 at the BFI London Film Festival, where Christy was shown a month after its premiere in Toronto. Sweeney met the crowd on the red carpet and then introduced the film on stage. She plays the boxer Christy Martin, and is also one of the producers of the film.
